These Terms govern access to and purchase of Ci Moment, operated under the Ci Moment brand. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

The product is not professional advice or prediction.
Ci Moment is a symbolic reflection and structured decision-closure interface. It is not therapy, medical, legal, financial, or investment advice; not fortune telling or prediction; not an emergency service; and not a guarantee of any future outcome. The user remains responsible for all decisions and actions.
Payment
Payment must be completed and verified.
A checkout attempt, approval screen, or browser return does not constitute a completed purchase. Delivery occurs only after the server verifies the completed payment and matches it to the sealed order evidence. Payment processing may be provided by an authorized payment provider or Merchant of Record shown at checkout.
Use
Keep submissions lawful and appropriate for the product.
Do not submit unlawful content, credentials, card data, passwords, one-time security codes, or information you do not have the right to provide. Do not use Ci Moment as a substitute for professional or emergency services.
Digital delivery
The purchased output is supplied electronically.
The purchased artifact is generated and made available digitally after verified payment. Availability may depend on third-party infrastructure. If a technical failure prevents delivery after a completed payment, contact support so the order can be verified and the appropriate remedy applied.
Refunds & reversals
Refund handling is governed by the published Refund Policy.
Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. If a completed payment is later refunded, charged back, or reversed, the payment-backed verification state of the linked artifact may be revoked without rewriting the original decision moment.
