Refunds for the one-time digital purchase.

Ci Moment currently sells one one-time digital product, not a subscription. A successful verified payment unlocks one deterministic symbolic signal and creates one SealedArtifactCard for the submitted decision moment.

Contact support if you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, if a completed payment was taken but the purchased digital artifact was not delivered because of a technical failure, or if the transaction is otherwise materially inconsistent with the offer presented at checkout.

Because the purchased output is generated for the submitted decision moment and supplied digitally after verified payment, a completed and correctly delivered purchase is normally final. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law or any rights provided by the payment provider or Merchant of Record.

Email cimoment.pay@gmail.com with the approximate payment date and time, the order or artifact reference if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or one-time security codes.

When a refund is approved, it is processed through the payment provider or Merchant of Record used for the purchase. The time for funds to appear depends on that provider and the buyer's bank or payment method.

If a completed payment is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the linked artifact may stop being presented as payment-verified. The original decision moment is not rewritten; only its active payment-verification state changes.
