What payment buys
A successful verified payment unlocks one deterministic symbolic signal for the submitted decision moment and creates one SealedArtifactCard with its artifact ID, verification hash, and revisit route. There is no recurring billing in the current offer.
Payment gate
A checkout attempt, an approval screen, or a browser return is not enough by itself. Ci Moment creates the final verified artifact only after the server verifies the completed payment and matches it to the sealed order evidence.
Verification meaning
Verification confirms the artifact route, not a future outcome.
Proof of moment
Verification means the product can resolve and show the sealed artifact again by its verification route. It does not certify truth, legality, safety, profitability, or personal correctness.
No guarantee
A clear signal can support closure, but it is not a promise. Users should not treat the product as a guaranteed answer engine or rely on it for emergency or professional decision-making.
Payments and support
Paddle processes the public payment as Merchant of Record; payment and refund questions have one support route.
For payment questions, duplicate-charge concerns, or a refund request, contact cimoment.pay@gmail.com. Include the approximate payment time and the Ci Moment artifact or order reference when available. Do not send card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or one-time security codes.

A refunded or reversed payment no longer carries active payment verification.
If Paddle reports that a completed payment has later been refunded or charged back, Ci Moment can revoke the payment-backed verification state of the linked artifact. This does not rewrite the original decision moment; it changes whether the artifact remains presented as payment-verified.
Infrastructure boundary
External systems are not the visible product.
Storage, deployment, payment, analytics, and domain systems operate behind the Ci Moment interface as infrastructure layers. They are not the product promise, not the symbolic artifact, and not the legal meaning of the sealed moment.
